Patch 16.4
Lux
Lux is straightforward to play, which means she should look quite strong in the hands of most players. Unfortunately, she isn't doing particularly well, especially as a support. Our changes this patch are a mix of skewing her base stats to be more synergistic with the World Atlas and a direct injection of power aimed at making both her primary roles better.
Patch 15.14
Lux
Lux is a dominant champion and a bit too unassailable with her long-range onslaught of spells and CC. We've previously made some changes in Arena to help her out, and we're looking to pull some of that back.

Lux
Passive magic damage increased. Q magic damage increased.
Lux support is getting hit by the Zaz’Zak's change this patch, and since she's currently at a reasonable power level we'd like to give her a compensation buff. So we're buffing her ratios in a way that both roles will appreciate, but it should have slight skew for mid due to the wave clear benefits.

Base mana regeneration increased. Passive damage increased. Q cooldown now decreased with rank. E base damage decreased.
In this patch we’re aiming to bolster up Lux as a mid lane damage carry while being cautious around over-buffing Lux support. We have some mana regeneration nerfs to keep support Lux in check, but in exchange we’re giving her a scaling cooldown on her Q and more damage in her passive which should give skilled Lux players more opportunities to make bigger (light) waves on the Rift.

Base attack speed per level increased. Passive mark duration adjusted. E damage increased. R cooldown decreased.
Despite increasing her E damage in 11.10, Lux still isn't shining so bright in either mid or support. We're taking this opportunity to buff her a bit while also making her passive more reliable.

Our laser lady has been underperforming in mid and support, so we're putting more zap in her waveclear to help Lux players in the mid lane, as well as the support Lux players who tend to play more aggressively in the bot lane.
