Pyke
Base Armor decreased.
We're lightly nerfing Pyke since he's performing a bit too well in Solo Queue. We’re reducing his durability to give his opponents more of a window to kill him before he starts roaming with Symbiotic Soles, and are specifically reducing his base armor since it’s particularly high.

Base armor increased. Q damage increased, mana cost decreased. E bonus movement speed increased. E damage decreased.
Pyke was struggling to stay above water in 14.1, but the 14.2 rune changes further impacted him to the point that he needs a lifeline.. In this patch we’ll be giving him a little early durability and some buffs to the abilities that let Pyke players do what they want to do most: kill people and go fast.

Health growth increased. W cooldown decreased.
Pyke has been lurking below the surface recently, and not in his usual "I'm fine being underwater" sense but more like he's just not quite where we want him to be in terms of power. To give him some power back without making his damage too oppressive, we'll be increasing his mid-to-late-game survivability. We also intend to give Pyke an alternative ability max option with W for lanes where he won't be aggressively using E as much.

Passive grey health conversion increased. Q mana cost increased, mana refund increased, now refunds mana upon hitting an enemy champion. R cooldown decreased, “Your Cut” opportunities reduced.
Pyke's been a little bone skewed toward mid ever since his changes long ago in Season 9, so we're reverting them to bring the Bloodwater Ripper back to bot lane. We're also adjusting some other parts of his kit to further tune him toward the unconventional support he is. Kills (and bags) secured.

E cooldown now decreases.
Pyke has been in the deep end ever since we submerged mid Pyke in 11.5. Now that there isn’t a huge skew towards mid over support, it’s finally time to help him resurface by giving him a rankup that has some oomph.
