Patch 16.4
Teemo has been struggling in the jungle ever since season start, even for the most dedicated scouts. Though we can't make him sneakier in a world of Faelights, we're giving him some more clear speed to help him do his job as the Swift Scout.
Patch 15.17
Mushrooms (and eggs and other objects) are now more visible.
We're making a small visual change to make Teemo's traps easier to pick out in the world. They still turn invisible and work mechanically identically before, but now they're just more opaque so you can tell what it is right before it blows up in your face.

E damage to monsters increased.
Teemo jungle has definitely gotten weaker since we all went Noxus, and the recent nerfs to his E definitely didn't do him any favors there. Since he's already in a good spot in his other positions we're giving him very specific jungle power.

E damage decreased.
Teemo is too good at bullying top lanes at the moment, his strongest lever for reducing this is the upfront on-hit damage of his E which he can apply frequently against melee matchups before the full poison can tick out. This change dramatically reduces his on-hit damage at rank 1 and 2, but mostly balances out by level 5 when it is less effective since most of mid-late game Teemo’s damage comes from mushrooms and not auto attacks. This level 1 nerf will give lane opponents more time to unlock their 3 basic abilities to give them more of a fighting chance against Teemo's harass in lane.

E damage to monsters decreased.
Teemo is a menace in the jungle right now thanks to his specific jungle damage mods. We'll be tuning them to bring his jungle power level from “OP” to “viable” so this pick is the appropriate amount of toxic.

Base Health increased. W movement speed increased.
Everyone’s favorite (or least favorite) little devil is deserving of a little bit more power. Damage doesn’t seem to be his problem, so we’re increasing W’s move speed and some health for maximum scamp-embracing shenanigans. Run you little devil, run.

Mana growth increased. R range increased early, AP scaling increased, mana cost now scales down with rank.
After the Durability Update Teemo’s shrooms haven’t been hitting as hard as they once did. To help out the Swift Scout, we’re buffing his mushroom power and increasing his placement range in the early stages of the game. We’re also relaxing some of his mana restrictions, so that he’s gated by R’s cooldown instead of mana issues.

Q cooldown decreased; blind duration increased; missile speed increased.
Captain Teemo's fallen behind in the top lane ranks. We're putting a little more anti-basic attack poison in the friendly yordle's dart to make him more annoying powerful in lane.

E on-hit damage increased.
Teemo could use a power-up in lane where we expect him to be able to whittle down his opponents, especially in favorable matchups when he can execute a series of Toxic Shots. Hut, two, three, four... :^)

W cooldown decreased.
Teemo’s W is often overlooked. We’re reducing its cooldown so that he can more readily use the spell’s active and wield his power as a mobile mushroom monster.
