Fiddlesticks is struggling a bit in the jungle so we're giving it some gold scaling power that shouldn't affect its Support efficacy much, which we think is in a decent spot.

Support Fiddlesticks is becoming more popular than jungle Fiddle which we're okay with… except for the fact that he's clearly more powerful as a support. We're looking to make adjustments that are roughly neutral for jungle and will bring the power down for support.

We noticed that Fiddle's fear wasn't matching expectations: He fires a crow at his target, which is a projectile, so it should be blocked by things like Wind Wall. Now it does.

For the living embodiment of fear, Fiddlesticks hasn’t been very scary as of late. We’re turning up the spook-factor by giving it some additional utility and damage to be a tad more terrifying.

Fiddlesticks is often grasping at straws by midgame lately. We're increasing the scarecrow's survivability by boosting its(?) W, which becomes less impactful as a defensive tool as the game goes on.
