Patch 16.5
Kha'Zix
Kha'Zix has evolved with the season changes and overcame all his worthy prey to take the top spot of solo queue junglers. We think he has room to go down in clear speed as the game progresses, as well as overkilling isolated targets without hurting him where he's already weak in teamfights. We're also making the bug less speedy to hit higher skill brackets.
Patch 15.24
Kha'Zix
Kha'Zix is one of the strongest junglers at the moment and is in need of a nerf. We don't want to hurt his ability to assassinate targets, so instead we're going to slow down his jungle clear a touch by reducing his early AoE.

Passive and E damage increased.
Kha'Zix isn't currently in the best shape so we'll be buffing up his PvP power this patch, giving him more of a reason to play around both his passive and his Leap by having both sting a bit more.

Armor decreased. Evolved W slow to isolated targets decreased.
Next in line for Arcane ADC changes we have Kha'Zix. He's been a top-tier jungler for a while and is even happier and hoppier with the new, faster Youmuu's Ghostblade. Since volatile, high-risk high-reward combat is what assassins like Kha'Zix are all about, we're increasing the risk side of the equation as a way to squash his power levels a tad.

Q damage increased.
Kha'Zix didn't deserve the win rate loss he got and we decided to help him out. His clear has room to be faster for the average player, so we'd like to buff him in a way that helps there, while also increasing his overall kill potential. We're specifically targeting Q damage since we nerfed the ratio in 13.17 and are compensating in a way that is more beneficial early.

Kha'Zix
Q AD ratio decreased.
Kha’Zix, like Kayn, has been an overperforming jungler for the last couple months. He can use a small nerf, which we’re delivering here to his Q. We’re keeping Kha’Zix’s poke from Void Spikes at full power, considering players can hide behind minions or body-block for their teammates. Instead, we’re going after a bit of his all-in power. He should still have plenty of damage, he just won’t spike quite as hard when ahead in gold.

Base AD decreased.
Kha'Zix is currently on the top of the food chain in too many ways: power levels, pick rate, and ban rate. Our goal this patch is to reduce the power (and frustration) that he brings into games, especially at higher skill brackets which should now see reduced raw damage and a slower clear speed.

Q base damage increased.
We adjusted Kha'Zix last patch to ensure that his Isolation passive wasn't working against him too much and we're happy that he's much more able to isolate and kill enemies. We weren't certain how much power that change would be so we went light, and now that we're certain we can give him a bit more power in early game clearing and scrapping.

Q isolation range requirement decreased. W slow decreased, slow vs isolated targets decreased. R buff duration increased.
Kha’Zix hasn’t had the sting he once had, often relying on his W spam poke-and-catch fighter builds to find success. We want to make sure that Kha’Zix, with any of his builds, is actually able to jump on isolated enemies and kill them. His isolation mechanic is too skewed toward enemy counterplay so he has very little leeway on it proccing, so we want to make it a bit less punishing for Kha. (Note: a lower isolation range requirement means the enemy is substantially more likely to be isolated and is a buff). We expect fighter Kha’Zix to remain powerful, but these changes should make all of his builds more competitive. It's not clear how much power these isolation changes pack, so we’ll keep a close eye on them and adjust as needed.
Patch 11.22
Kha'Zix
Q damage ratio reduced.
"Change is good," he said. But this bug almost got through the entire season without any changes! Kha'Zix has been generally strong all season, and now that many competing junglers have gotten nerfed, he's become really popular. His power has recently crept up from strong to OP, so we're tuning down his damage.
