Warwick
Warwick is particularly oppressive in lower skill brackets of play, so we're looking to make his claws and teeth just a little less lethal. As he's often able to simply build tank items later in the game, we're nudging him toward keeping up with damage purchases by reducing his guaranteed late game damage output.

Base AD increased. Passive damage decreased early.
Warwick’s easy to pick up and play which is reflected in his moderately high win rate typical of an approachable jungler. However, in top lane, he’s too strong, which can lead to very frustrating experiences where he either can be killed by an all-in or simply sustains back up out of reach. We’re shifting some power from his early game passive into his base attack damage in order to weaken his early game resourceless healing, while leaving his damage and Q healing intact, or even buffed in some cases. We intend for these changes to be neutral for Warwick jungle but power negative for top lane.

Q mana cost increased.
Warwick's actually doing just fine in the jungle, but his power in top lane is, well, over the top. We're looking to offset this difference by hitting his Q here since he maxes it first when playing top but second when in the jungle.

Warwick
In this patch we're providing a feels improvement as a follow-up to the changes we made last month. We're starting by slightly increasing Q's tap range to make up for the difference that slightly increased his range and hitbox size as a result of the size growth. Next up, W's attack speed buff now has a much longer duration in addition to a few QoL improvements which should make our favorite dad smoother to play. We're dropping his base AD a touch just to make room for these other buffs.

Warwick is getting some small updates this patch! In addition to getting slightly bigger and scarier, he's getting some quality of life changes that'll help him have a smoother combat feel with his attacks. Additionally, we're changing the cooldown paradigm on W to make it easier to cast as a scouting tool.
