Trundle
Trundle's doing very poorly in both of his main roles and as a very straightforward champion should be much more successful than he is now. We want to make sure he's good at playing the role of the front-line juggernaut who's great at tank-busting, so we're playing up his late game sustained damage output and resilience

W attack speed decreased late, cooldown increased.
Trundle is pummeling all other junglers at all ranks in addition to being highly prevalent in pro play, so we need to take some power out of his direct combat potential. Frozen Domain is going up in cooldown to create clearer windows when you can and can’t fight him, alongside a tap down to his attack speed increase per rank.

: Trundle has received a lot of changes that skewed him towards lower MMR, and we don't believe he needs to be so skewed. Bringing back some of his pillar power to buff up the most skilled troll players.

Base health decreased. Q damage decreased.
Trundle’s been doing quite well since the buffs he got back in 13.23. We think that the mid-game power spike and enhanced synergies with Trinity Force that came with this buff are beneficial for him to keep, so instead we’ll be reducing his early game power by dropping his base health and flat damage from his Q.

AD growth increased. Q mana cost decreased.
Trundle hasn’t been performing well as a top laner, which means he needs a bit of help. We’re looking to decrease his Q mana cost, as he relies on this ability to trade and clear waves which should help out Trundle top. We’re also buffing his AD growth as this should increase his scaling and Trinity Force synergy.

Base attack speed increased, base mana increased.
Trundle is underperforming in both top lane and jungle, so we’re looking to revert the base attack speed nerf from 12.23, as this took a lot of power away and resulted in a “feels” hit for the troll king. We’re also giving Trundle a base mana buff to let him trade more in top lane.

Trundle hasn't really felt like the Troll King after various system nerfs indirectly affected him on top of other nerfs that actually directly affected him. So we’re reverting the uptime of his Frozen Domain so that he feels a bit more like his old self (but not his classic self), which should give him a reason to dance (which also got buffed).

Base attack speed reduced. R damage decreased.
Trundle benefitted a bit too much from the preseason jungle changes, especially now that tanks are seeing a lot more play. We’re bringing down his clear speed to bring him more in line with other junglers while reducing his R percent health damage so he doesn't completely subjugate tanks.

The Troll King has been expanding his domain into the jungle. While we don’t want to kick him out, we are tapping down his W to hinder his clear speed slightly and reduce the effectiveness of his problematic 100% uptime, early W max builds.

Trundle's become a potent jungle/support flex pick in professional play. We're tamping down the troll king's power in his secondary role a bit by nerfing his E, which supports typically max first and junglers usually max third.

The 8.18 nerf to Trundle’s pillar’s slow put the brakes on his ganking and ability to find picks, and our follow-up in 10.2 just didn’t cut it. With more slow from the get go, we’re making it easier for Trundle to be the zoning troll on a roll.
