We know top lane Heimer can feel suffocating when his turrets are all setup, so we're looking to re-buff him in ways that allow him to be proactive instead of turtling.

Heimerdinger's inventions have fallen short lately. Boosting his turrets' health and firepower to match the Durability Update is sure to be a formula for success!
